• WELCOME

“But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.”

    1 Timothy 1:5

  • Living For Others

We hear this phrase, “living for others,” a lot in Christian circles. But what does that mean, exactly? Is it that we eat, drink, and sleep so that we can simply stay alive because others might miss us if we don’t? I guess fundamentally that’s true. But is that what the Bible describes as truly “living for others”?

  • The Sign Says, "Home Sweet Home," But...

The concept of coexisting in a shared space is fundamentally antagonistic to the desires of the human flesh.

  • Part 42: Why Are the Apostles So Encouraging? By Grace They Were Prepared

We need to bow to Him, and humbly go to Him asking for more grace and faith. (it's funny how we want certain things from God but we're not even willing to bow to Him and ask for it!!)

KIDS' CORNER: Depravity

Most people do not want to believe this about themselves or their loved ones- the Truth isn’t “pleasant” to hear when you do not understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so they choose religion, which claims that “deep down” all people are good.

>

KIDS' CORNER: Grace vs. Works

Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law by fulfilling the law of love. He loved us as He loved Himself and laid down His life for us. He did all the work of paying the penalty for sin in order to allow us to live in His grace.

>

KIDS' CORNER: God Is With Us

The omniscient (all knowing) and omnipotent (all powerful), God who cannot lie has promised to always be with you... no matter what!  If this does not make you feel safe and secure- nothing will.

>

KIDS' CORNER: The Good News

The Bible tells us that it is the believer’s job in this life to tell others the Good News. It is a part of every believer’s “Great Commission”, given to us by the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself.

>

KIDS' CORNER: Eternal Security and Fear

You just need to learn to trust in the all-powerful (omnipotent) God to experience His peace. He loves YOU and there is nothing that can ever separate you from His love... NOTHING... EVER!

>

KIDS' CORNER: The Peace of Eternal Security

Eternal security means to spend forever free from danger, fear, and anxiety. How do we get this freedom? Eternal security is a result of living in our “oh so great salvation” (Hebrews 2:3).
