• WELCOME

“But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.”

    1 Timothy 1:5

  • Part 3: Beware Where You Turn

Repentance and faith are the daily way to walk with God, to be delivered daily from sin and death, experientially.

  • The Bible Says To Run Away!!!

Does a bird fall into a trap on the ground when there is no bait in it? Does a trap spring up from the earth when it captures nothing at all?

    — Amos 3:5

  • Equal Pay

Who says having a lot of money means you’ve garnered a lot of value in your life? Who says that the values you’ve exchanged for all that “wealth” were actually advantageously traded for?

Part 6 - Introduction - Why Are the Apostles So Encouraging?

On the supreme judicial scale of God, righteousness is the only thing with any mass to it. Man is incapable of bestowing righteousness to himself, it is a gift from God, both through imputation at salvation and impartation during sanctification. In all cases, God adds righteousness to His own scales on man's behalf (Pr 16:8-11). Gloria in excelsis Deo ("Glory to God in the highest").

And for the record, I’m not saying that I don’t break theirs (I’m sure I do)...

  • The words of the wise are like cattle prods--painful but helpful. Their collected sayings are like a nail-studded stick with which a shepherd drives the sheep. - Ecclesiastes 12:11 (NLT)
