Big-Picture Freedom
‘Seeing the forest through the trees’ is critical to understanding the very mind of Christ (1Co 2:16). Our Lord, Himself, sees a much bigger picture than we ever could (Ro 11:33); yet, it behooves us to seek His Truth, for this is freedom in Him (Jn 8:32 - “the truth will make you free”).

Rom 11:33
Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!

To understand the truth is to understand the PERSON of Christ.

To understand the Person of Christ is to understand your Heavenly Father.

True conviction passes through real discomfort.

“I and the Father are one”
This not only means that Jesus Christ is God; it also implies that His mind is intrinsically the same as the mind of His Father. What the Father wants, the Son wants. What He plans, the Son executes and the Spirit empowers. Such is unity.

Embracing Suffering
Our Father's loving discipline is painful, and GOOD. Be thankful, with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire. Heb 12:28-29

Embracing Suffering
Though very difficult at times, we must understand the Father's discipline upon us is not judgment, but it's from a good good Father training up His child, and therefore at times that requires His refining fire.

Embracing Suffering
He wants us to see and believe, in the moments of pain, that His discipline, though painful, is loving and good.

The Big Picture
Discipline needs to be painful to be effective, and every bit of it is from the source of His love, so be thankful, even while in the moment of pain.

The Big Picture
Even if you deserve it because of your bad decisions, your Lord disciplines you out of LOVE. Change your perspective; painful discipline is a very good thing from a very good Father.

Luke 19:17
"And he said to him, 'Well done, good slave, because you have been faithful in a very little thing, you are to be in authority over ten cities.'

Embracing Suffering
Pain in this life is GOOD. Believe that. Look at the big picture and accept your calling, and rejoice and be set free by accepting His discipline on your life. He is GOOD.

Stop for a minute, right now, and think about the power of gratitude. When you decide to have it, it can truly set you free, from any situation! 1Th 5:16-18

Heb 12:28-29
Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude (even for painful discipline), by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire.

Heb 12:11 NIV
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Embracing Suffering
Trust in your Heavenly Father, no matter what. He has the heart of Jesus, and if you're a true believer, you know Jesus.
