God’s Salvific Plan
God the Father chose those whom He loved before He sent His son to die for them. He saves them on the merits of Christ’s atonement and imputed righteousness by the power of His Holy Spirit.

How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?

- Godward: God is glorified
- Manward: man is justified, sanctified, and glorified
God Transcends Time
When the Bible talks about God’s divine decree, it transcends time, itself, in the sense that God knew of it for all of eternity, long before human history even began.
Man's Limited by Time, by God's Grace
In context, whenever the Bible speaks relative to time, it is invoking this strategy on our behalf, to help us understand eternal things.

God Transcends Time
Being the great "I AM", ala Ex 3:14 & Jn 8:58, He's the only One qualified to DECREE it all before it even began. We must REST on that and REST in Him, by faith.
God's Salvific Plan
This is not our burden. We just sow the seed of the Gospel. This is GOD'S business and GOD'S salvation. Mt 13:1-9

There is a calling for believers only. (“for those who are called according to his purpose” - Ro 8:28)
